Mr. Steckler is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Assisted Living Facility Operator, and Management Consultant. He was awarded the prestigious Administrator of the Year Award in 2022 by the Florida Health Care Association and has successfully owned and operated facilities throughout South Florida for over 20 years. Mr. Steckler has a proven track record of success specializing in turning low performing facilities into high performing, profitable operations.

Mr. Hechevarria has 25 years of information systems experience in various environments and a background in healthcare, Ralph is the lead innovator behind ACT. He previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at BFS. His expertise includes information systems management, network administration, software development and architecture. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University.
